培训经纪人的招聘流程

At ACS we have mapped what we know success looks like in the role of Trainee Broker 和 you will be asked to undertake a number of assessments as part of the interview process to help support our recruitment decisions.

Apply for an advertised role through our website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor or relevant job board.

Upon receipt of your CV we will endeavor to contact you within 10 working days to let you know whether you have successfully made it to the next stage.

能力测试 & VIDEO

If the skills 和 experiences displayed on your CV are aligned to the requirements of the role, you will be asked to complete an online ability test which includes verbal, numerical 和 inductive reasoning 和 should take around 35 minutes to complete In addition you will be sent a link to send us a video of your answer to three competency based interview questions.

If you pass the ability test 和 your video demonstrates positive evidence inline with our competency framework, 你将被邀请参加第一次面试. 在这次面对面的采访之前, you will be asked to complete an online personality 和 motivational questionnaire. Your first interview will be face to face (in person or online) 和 will last between 60-90 minutes. You will be asked a number of competency based questions as part of this interview to help us get a better underst和ing of your experience. This is also an opportunity for you to get to underst和 our culture 和 what we could be like as an employer.

最终的面试
